Yesterday I taught step and cycling back to back, so that was a great way to jump back into cardio that’s for sure! I definitely needed it after a long, holiday weekend. I definitely indulged in wedding food and grilling out this weekend. This morning I taught kickboxing and I have a strength class this afternoon that I’m looking forward to going all out for. My body is in need of a good, healthy beating 🙂 Speaking of which, here’s a solid workout that I had my class do a few weeks ago. I think y’all will enjoy it!

I’m also looking forward to getting back into running shape soon! Fall race season is coming up quicker than expected! I’m planning on running the Houston Half in October and the Disney Princess Glass Slipper Challenge in February! We missed running princess weekend this year and can’t wait to do it again. I’m hoping to start logging some short runs over the next couple of weeks before actual training starts in August! I’m hoping to get back to my pre-pregnancy paces when the weather gets a bit cooler.
