I’m Amy, an RRCA-certified running coach and NASM-certified personal trainer available to work with runners interested in training for distances from the 5k to the marathon. I work with beginners, advanced runners, and everyone in between!

A little about me:

I started running in 2009 because I wanted to see if I could run a half marathon. From there, I was hooked! Since then I have run 43 half marathons, 5 full marathons, and countless races at other distances from 5K to 30K! You can take a look at the races I’ve run here.

I’m an avid runDisney runner and have completed the Dopey Challenge at Disney World twice! I would love to work with anyone interested in training for any runDisney race or challenge.

As a mom of 3 and prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist, I’m passionate about helping moms return to the sport of running! If you’re looking to get back into running shape safely after baby, I’d love to work with you on an individualized plan.
