It’s 5:00 and you’re finally getting off work. You’re exhausted and ready to head home, but you know you should go to the gym first. You sit there battling whether going to the gym is worth it or not. Anyone else been there? I know it’s not just me.
Getting to the gym isn’t always easy. There are thousands of reasons we choose to skip the gym or even forego a membership.
Some of us have little ones at home, and gyms with childcare don’t usually come cheap. Others don’t have the time or energy to get to a gym or fitness class before or after work. Or maybe you paid for a gym membership that you never used.
Instead of fighting the daily battle of getting to the gym, why not invest a little money in some equipment that you can use at home? Then you can get your workout done before work without leaving your house. Or you can head home and get it done with your spouse, partner or friend.
The best home gym equipment.
Having equipment at home doesn’t always mean that you’ll get it done, but having the right equipment that works and encourages you to get your workout in definitely help!
Gymwell is a total body at home fitness system that allows you to workout anywhere at any time. It’s sleek design allows you to place all of the equipment into a small bag that’s provided, so you can take your workout wherever you want to go.
I personally love this set because it’s so unique and you can do exercises that you wouldn’t usually be able to do with basic or traditional home gym equipment. Let’s take a look at exactly what Gymwell is.
What’s included with the Gymwell Set?
The Gymwell Full Portable Gym Home Workout System comes with three pairs of resistance bands in different lengths and levels of tension. Two heavy bands (45-50lbs), two medium bands (30-35lbs) and two short bands (30-35lbs). Make your exercises easy or hard by adjusting the resistance bands tension levels from 30 pounds to over a hundred pounds.
A pair of special ankle straps developed specifically for the Portable Resistant Workout Set for different movements such as curls, presses, rows, deadlifts, squats and many more! The workout set is ideal for people at all fitness levels and accommodates all body types and heights.
Two hand grips to simulate dumbbells as well as a bar to simulate barbells. These attach directly to the resistance bands for easy changes.
Also included are workout flashcards with different exercises on each card. These exercises show what muscles you’re working as well as how to set up your Gymwell to get it done!
You can buy your Gymwell set right now to keep up your workouts while spending more time at home. It’s currently $119.99, but Prime members automatically get $20, coming to just $99.99 for the entire Gymwell set.
Benefits of Gymwell
It simulates cable machines.
The door jam and other attachments help to create a base for your resistance bands. This allows you to pull down, out and up from any angle you choose.
Here are just a few examples of how you can work all of your body. Anchoring from above using the door jam, you can work your back and shoulders. From the middle, you can get your back, chest and core. From below you can really focus on upper body doing biceps or lower body like abduction and adduction.
It simulates dumbbells.
The hand grips allow you to focus on one side at a time. Use different strength bands or pair them up to adjust the amount of weight you want to use.
It simulates barbells.
The bar attachment may be my favorite tool in this entire system. It simulates a barbell, but because of its lightweight nature, you can use it for so many different exercises. The flashcards that are included in the set are incredibly helpful in showing you the different options you have for all the equipment. Check out my video below using the bar!

I’ve truly enjoyed using this system since I received it a few months ago. At first I was a little overwhelmed by all of the pieces and attachments, but after familiarizing myself if it, I have it figured out. It turns out that it’s super easy to use and makes working out a little more fun. The exercise flash cards have helped me come up with more ideas and ways to use the equipment.
