Benefits of Gymwell
It simulates cable machines.
The door jam and other attachments help to create a base for your resistance bands. This allows you to pull down, out and up from any angle you choose.
Here are just a few examples of how you can work all of your body. Anchoring from above using the door jam, you can work your back and shoulders. From the middle, you can get your back, chest and core. From below you can really focus on upper body doing biceps or lower body like abduction and adduction.
It simulates dumbbells.
The hand grips allow you to focus on one side at a time. Use different strength bands or pair them up to adjust the amount of weight you want to use.
