Lower Bodyweight Burn

Happy hump daaaayyyyy! I taught Powerflex bright and early this morning {a combo strength and some cardio class} which inspired me to share a fun workout with y’all! I took a shot at my second video and I know I could still use more than a little work. Granted, I threw this together quick and used my Mac to film, but it’ll do! Take a look at the workout below and then watch the video for a better explanation!

There are 3 sets of exercises including strength, balance, speed and plyometric exercises!



Like I said in the video, try going through this 2-3 times. I’m thinking 3 will be the best, but if you’re just jumping on the workout train…welcome!…and don’t feel bad if you can only do it twice. You can build up to that 3rd round. You can also up the number of repetitions for each exercise to increase the difficulty.
