Dear Santa, It’s been a long year this year. Longer than most. I think it’s safe to say that I’ve been pretty darn good. Maybe not every single day, but almost. That’s good enough to get me on the Nice List right? I’m sure you’ve already gotten my wish list by now. I made it on Pinterest and I’m pretty sure they have the Internet in the North Pole. Luckily you sent good vibes to my fantastic hubs who already got me my number 1…my Nikon D5100!!! Thanks Santa. Now if you could take a look at all those camera accessories, wrap them up and stick them under the tree I’ll be even better next year! I’ll even leave you some of the awesome cookies Chandra, Melaine & I made! xoxo Amy

Dear 22 mile course, I’m a little be scared of you. I’m nervous, but I know I’ll kick your butt. I’m going to bed tonight with positive thoughts. At least the weather will be great and I’ll be in good company! Here’s to rockin’ my final long run of marathon training!

For you are the light in the world and we must search for you when it is dark. It was dark when you were born and you brought the world great light.
