Happy Thursday y’all! I’m not going to lie, this week is zooming by. Literally flying by so fast. Busy doesn’t even begin to describe the past week for me! Before I hopped on a plane headed to Knoxville, TN, I had a busy weekend! On Saturday, two dear friends of mine were married at a winery in Horseshoe Bay, TX!
How cute is that sign in table and the Luke & Courtney Wallace sign? I’ve never actually been to a wedding at a winery and I must say that it was a wonderful idea! It made for a unique setting and a gorgeous back drop!
I’ve known Luke since middle school and Courtney since high school, so this was a very important and meaningful wedding for me to be at. It was an intimate setting and crowd which made it an even more special occasion. Luke & Courtney wrote their own vows which completely melted my heart. I’m a total sap and as soon as Courtney started talking, I was a faucet. I was dumb and didn’t bring tissues, so JP’s coat sleeve had to work 🙂
It was a wonderful night with so many great friends, wine, good food, dancing and lots of love.
After an amazing dinner, {I’m not kidding y’all, this was no normal wedding food…it was delicious!} we continued to drink wine and dance our booties off! There was also a photo booth. As soon as I get those photos scanned in, I’ll share the shenanigans with the world!
I love weddings. It makes me even more appreciative of the 2 1/2 years I’ve been married to my amazing husband. I love him and appreciate him every day, but I believe something about the love in the air at weddings makes both of us feel a little sentimental.
To Luke & Courtney, I love you both so much and I feel beyond blessed to share this time with y’all. I wish you both many, many years of happiness. I look forward to watching your love for each other grow over the years. JP and I are so blessed to have y’all as some of our closest friends! We can’t wait to come visit you up in Denver come the new year!
