5 Ingredient Protein Balls
These protein balls are a quick and delicious no bake snack packed with protein! This recipe is my base, but can be changed up using different flavors of protein powder and other spices if you feel like something new!
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds
- 1 scoop Favorite Protein Powder I use vanilla or chocolate Shakeology
Put all ingredients into bowl and mixed throughly until well combined.
Roll into 1-1.5 inch balls and place in tupperware.
Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
Chia seeds are optional. You can also sub flax seeds. Feel free to use different flavors of protein powder to change up the flavor!
