Happy hump day y’all! I don’t know about y’all, but this week has been pretty crazy for me. Busy, busy, busy at work means I’m lazy when I get home. I’m worn out by 2:00pm and just don’t have enough energy to get things done once I get home! Luckily, I work at a gym and often, I get paid to work out. I don’t have to worry about squeezing one in before, during or after a busy day at work. However, I know that we don’t all have the luxury of unlimited time at the gym. Here’s a high intensity interval workout to burn as many calories as possible in just a short amount of time. All you need to do is find a small amount of time and a bit of energy to knock this one out!
Each round takes just under 5 minutes including your rest period. Don’t have 25 minutes to complete the full five rounds? Get at least 3 or even 4 and still get a great well rounded workout!
Now find a few minutes in your busy day and knock it out!
