Chloe Lately!

It’s Chloe’s birth week, so this week is ALL about Chloe! I thought it would be fun to do a Chloe lately post so y’all can see what’s she up to, what makes her happy and what adventures life has in store for her!

Lately Chloe has been…

…reading How Do Dinosaurs Say Goodnight, Happy Birthday Baby {Dr. Seuss}, All Better, Everyone Poops, I’m a Dirty Dinosaur and Brown Bear, Brown Bear {and all the other similar books in this series!} This little girl loves books just like her momma!

…listening to Frozen and Moana soundtracks plus some Barney song when we’re in the car!

…watching Zootopia, Finding Dory, Frozen, Moana, Mickey and the Roadster Racers, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Barney. We pretty much rotate between these movies. I’ve tried adding others, but she’s not having it right now!

…thinking about how to push back bedtime a little longer each night! She gets to watch one “yacer” or racer which is Mickey and the Roadster Racers after she takes a bath. Each night she yells “One more! One more!” Not happening kiddo.

…looking forward to her trip to Norway of course! Just kidding, she has no clue what I’m talking about when I mention it. She is however, looking forward to staying home with mommy all day today after a crazy, busy last week and a half. It’s the little things y’all.

…working on her forward roll. She’s almost got it, if only she would just lean over once she assumes the roll position!

…wishing she could be a mermaid. Seriously this child is obsessed with the water and loves swimming! I think she would just live in my parents’ pool if we would let her.

…ready for her birthday party this Saturday!

…happy that she has a mommy and daddy who love her so very much! At least I’m pretty sure that she’s happy about that. And if she isn’t, she should be 🙂

There you have it, a little piece of Chloe lately. I asked her what her answers to these prompts and most of the time she just said, “Hi Momma!” If not that, she would count, say some colors, talk about her puppies or name the characters from Mickey Mouse. That’s my girl! I really do feel like these would be her answers though!

It’s hard to believe my girl is growing up so fast! I’m loving every stage of life with her. I think it just keeps getting better and better! Well I’m off to play tea party now with her new set from her great Uncle Bruce and Auntie Bonnie. It’s all about Chloe after all…
