I’m a Mouse. Duh.

So with Halloween right around the corner, I thought I’d take a walk down memory lane at some of my awesome costumes. Dressing up has always been one of my favorite things to do. You better believed I lived a lot of my youth in cheerleader, dancer and princess outfits 🙂 Once in college with all the date parties, crush parties and Halloween, I did my fair share of dressing up. I still have my costume bin that’s packed to the brim!

Baby Bunny circa 1988

Yup, born to be a cheerleader. Clearly, I just dressed up for the heck of it. Cool kid right there.
Girl Scout sock hop with Kristin!!!
Princess Snow White for halloween circa 1992
Don’t worry, this is daily attire. I was also born to be a fitness instructor.
Halloween 1998. You can call me Sandy.
Homemade Indian costume age 5. See below for sophomore year of college 🙂

Then of course, there were my college days. The hemlines were a little shorter and I’m sure south Texas college girls are thankful it’s warmer in October 🙂 Luckily I didn’t have to pull a Karen and explain what I am most years.

Oktoberfest date party 2006 (right before JP and I officially started dating!)
Homemade Indian costume age 19

Fish Camp workday. 1980’s rock stars right there.
High Seas date party 2007
Petting Zoo crush 2009. I’m a Bunny. Duh.

So there you have it. Plenty of awesome costume ideas for this Halloween. Maybe I’ll wear those bunny ears to the gym 🙂 I think my pirate outfit was by far my favorite. It has a cute skirt to it that you can’t really see above. I also wore it for Halloween my freshman year! If I’m picking from my childhood, I’m going to have to go with Snow White. I looked like a little rock star! I mean, do you see my makeup. That’s stage worthy!

What is your favorite Halloween costume from the past?
Did you dress up often as a child? {Yeah, I was the kid that wore princess/dance/fairy outfits to the grocery store!}
