MMM: Love my Fitbit!

Hello my lovelies! First off, I want to give a quick shout out to all my new Houston Blogger friends! I had such a great time with you ladies at Pinot’s Palette last night! Recap to come later this week 🙂

Well, it’s Monday again and a little bit of motivation is always needed on a Monday morning! So, let’s kick off the week the right way!

Last Week’s Workouts
Monday: 3 mile run {9ish min pace}
Tuesday: 4 mile run {8:40 pace}
Wednesday: 2 mile walk
Thursday: OFF
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 1.5 mile warm up; 8 rounds of Workout of the week {see below}
Sunday: 2 mile walk

Each Monday, I’m going to post a quick and easy workout for y’all to try out! Don’t worry, I’ll test it before I force you through it 🙂

Now you take it for a trial run this week and let me know what you think! I did a 1.5 mile warm up followed by 8 rounds of this workout! It was tough and I was sore the next day! Okay, time to get down to business. This is serious stuff. I’m talking about my Fitbit!

The hubs got me my Fitbit for Valentine’s Day…so romantic, I know. I love it. It is awesome. I am mildly obsessed. Now rewind. You’re probably wondering what on earth a Fitbit is! Well let me tell you. A Fitbit is a wireless activity tracker that you clip onto your pants waist or pocket or bra {if you’re wearing a dress or something}. It tracks how many steps you take, how many flights of stairs you climb, how many miles you walk, how many calories you burn and how active you are in general. You can also wear it on your wrist band {provided} at night to track your sleep. It’s a great little device that pretty much let’s you know when you’re being lazy and what you’re not! As a physically fit person, I love being able to see just how active {or inactive} I am being each day!

You can see my Fitbit on the pocket of my shorts in the picture above! {From bark at the park on Saturday. Recap later this week!}

I highly recommend the Fitbit to anyone who is looking to track activity levels or start their fitness journey. It gives you a baseline to measure off of on a day to day basis. I also have mine linked up to My Fitness Pal where I track my food! {Are you on MFP? Add me! User name: acgouger}

Let me know if you have any questions about the Fitbit. I think it’s awesome and feel naked without it now! You can buy it online or at your local Best Buy!

Disclaimer: This is not a sponsored post. I simply just love my Fitbit and wanted to tell my reader a little bit more about it. It has helped me to maintain and increase my activity levels and believe it has the potential to help others on their fitness and weight loss journeys!

Until next time…
With love and God bless,

Sharing is caring!
